c. Product Information & Pricing

d. Sales Tax

III. RETURN POLICY

All purchases are subject to our return policy, covering damaged items and eligible returns of unused products.
- Damaged Items: Report within 5 days with photos and details. Approved claims will receive a replacement upon return of the original item and packaging.
- Non-Faulty Returns: Accepted within 5 days if unopened. Store credit will be issued—no refunds.
- Non-Returnable Items: E-liquids and disposable devices are final sale due to their nature. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
2. Wholesale Customers
Wholesale transactions are governed by separate terms outlined in the wholesale agreement and invoice.
IV. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a. Products Sold “As Is”
All products, including consumables like vapes and disposables, are sold without warranties. As a distributor, we do not manufacture or inspect each unit and are not responsible for product defects.

c. Battery Disclaimer
