RETURN POLICY:
1. Retail Customers:
All purchases made through our website are governed by this Return Policy. The terms below apply to: (a) Items received damaged or defective, and (b) Returns of unused, non-defective products.
a. Damaged or Defective Devices: If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us immediately. Please include a clear description of the issue along with proof (such as photos of the damaged item and packaging at the time of delivery).
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a return authorization and arrange a replacement. Requests submitted more than 5 days after delivery will not be eligible. Replacement orders will be processed only after the damaged item, original packaging, and purchase invoice are returned. To initiate a return authorization, contact: sales@vibedistrict.shop
Note: As outlined below, disposable devices and e-liquids are not eligible for return.
b. Returns for Non-Defective Products: We do not offer refunds on returned items. However, unused products may be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging and sent back within 5 days of delivery.
After inspection, we will issue store credit that can be used for future purchases.
Note: Disposable vapes and e-liquid products are excluded from returns (see below).
c. Non-Returnable Items: Due to their perishable nature, all e-liquids and disposable devices are considered final sale and cannot be returned. In rare cases, accommodations may be made at our sole discretion.
2. Wholesale Orders:
All wholesale purchases are governed strictly by our Wholesale Terms & Conditions, along with any terms specified on the wholesaler’s invoice.
